After working on SEMrush (Mainly Testing) and got Certified in SEO Fundamentals, my mind was going places and I had plenty of ideas. I decided to drive to Campbell downtown to grab some food and catch some Pokemon and think of something to blog on. Today after my day job, with my friend from work we attended to an event called BayAreaSearch, it is an April SEO Meetup that I found by coincidence on Eventbrite since my friend James (the hipster one) decided to join me I didn’t mind traffic that much. This picture reminds us that there is more to work and compensation than just earning a salary. People should not have to endure jobs that are soul-crushing and lack meaning, even if they pay well. Instead, we should strive for a world where everyone is able to do work that they enjoy and that gives them a sense of purpose. This means valuing non-monetary forms of compensation, such as happiness, fulfillment, and personal growth, just as highly as financial rewards.
